OFFICIAL 2027 EDITION
The official FY 2027 ICD-10-CM database is available through a separate one-time, non-consumable purchase. Its effective dates are October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. Purchasing it unlocks access immediately after release; you do not need to wait until October 1.
YOUR EDITIONS, YOUR CHOICE
Open Manage Editions from Library or More to select the active database. Previously purchased editions, including 2026, remain available. Each annual edition is sold separately; there is no subscription, and a purchase does not include future annual editions. Your existing 2026 browsing experience is preserved.
NEW WITH YOUR 2027 PURCHASE
Use the refreshed Search and Browse screens when 2027 is active: search abbreviations, compare laterality options, filter billable codes, and explore the official hierarchy. Code details group each type of instruction in one section, retaining inherited sources. A verified 2027 purchase also unlocks the refreshed Saved interface and search within your current folder. Existing favorites, folders and notes stay in place. Premium organization tools remain separately licensed.
PREMIUM FEATURES
Premium is an optional separate one-time purchase for unlimited Favorites and folders, personal notes, search highlighting and no ads across your available editions. Buying the 2027 database alone gives complete database search and browse access; it does not include Premium. Historical 2026 purchases retain their included Premium benefits, and standalone Premium purchases remain valid. Existing feature owners are not charged again. Premium alone does not unlock the 2027 database. Restore Purchases recovers verified purchases associated with your Apple Account. iCloud synchronization is available independently of either purchase.
REFERENCE TOOLS
Search offline, browse chapters and categories, review tabular descriptions and coding instructions, and read the bundled official 2027 coding guidelines. The app displays your active edition. Choose the appropriate edition for the encounter or discharge date. Saved code snapshots retain their provenance and are not silently rewritten when you switch databases.

iCloud synchronization requires an active iCloud account and network availability. An internet connection is required to purchase or restore; downloaded app data remains available offline subject to verified ownership.
